Okay, in all fairness, I did prepare for today. I went to the library yesterday and checked out a zillion space and train books. Went to the video store and rented things for both kids. Made sure we had everything in the house to make muffins. Crayons are stockpiled. So why is it the house is already torn apart and kids are clamoring outside my office door? Hmmm.
