However, my life needed structure more than it needed comfort, so I&#8217;m back out there. It&#8217;s been almost two months since I was regularly running, but oddly, I fell back into it easily.  No soreness.  We live near the Minuteman Trail, which makes for a gorgeous run as it traverses fields, woodsy areas, historical places.
